Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists (KSHP) Meeting Scholarship Application

The Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) quality team is delighted to offer a scholarship opportunity for 14 KY pharmacists employed by a KHA member hospital to attend the 2025 KSHP spring meeting on Monday, May 19 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington. This will be a very special KSHP meeting as it will be held in conjunction with the Kentucky Hospital Association’s (KHA) Annual Convention. The KHA/KSHP Meeting will attract at least 600 attendees representing the best in professional hospital administration and health-system pharmacy.

Deadline for submission is Friday, April 18, so don’t delay!
