KHA Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Scholarship Program Application

Have you been waiting for an opportunity to obtain your certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ?) Wait no longer! The KHA Quality Team is proud to sponsor a brand-new cohort of 50 quality professionals from our member hospitals to obtain this highly esteemed credential through the National Alliance of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ.)

Scholarship awardees will be granted free access to the online CPHQ prep course provided by NAHQ, a digital copy of the HQ Solutions Textbook for exam prep, a comprehensive 130-question pretest, the national CPHQ Examination fee,  a one-year complimentary individual membership to NAHQ, plus an invitation to join the KHA Quality Team in virtual monthly content study sessions for further practice and review. The approximate value of each scholarship is $1300.
