Certification Course Blood Pressure Measurement

PAHO, WHL, the Lancet Commission on Hypertension Group, Hypertension Canada and Resolve to Save Lives have developed a free brief training and certification course in blood pressure measurement.

The course includes a knowledge and aptitude test and provides a certificate valid for 6 months for those who pass the test. Answers to the test questions are available for people taking the course to review and there is also a brief course evaluation that can be filled in. The hope is the course will facilitate improvements in the accuracy and reproducibility of blood pressure assessments.
