On September 10, 2024, the KHA Quality Team was delighted to share PI 201- The Processes are the Solutions! – an in-depth educational webinar series focused on process improvement (PI). This two-part series will begin with an exploration of the definition, purpose, and applications of key process methodologies. Participants will gain insights into detailed steps, common obstacles and their solutions, and practical examples of each process such as RCAA and PDSA/PDCA. This webinar is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the essential skills needed to effectively tackle today’s quality and safety challenges.
