KHA is proud to present the next in our SDoH series quality webinars.  The Kentucky Double Dollars (KDD) Program supports individuals using SNAP, WIC, and Farmer’s Market Nutrition or Senior Farmers Market Nutrition benefits.  By offering additional incentives through the Food Insecurity Nutrition Incentive Grant, KDD encourages the purchase of healthy, locally grown and sold produce.  Please join the KHA Quality Team where Jaime Fitzwater, KDD Program Director, will be sharing key points about the KDD Program to our healthcare professionals looking to establish referrals to meet the social needs of the patients they care for.
