Walking the Walk: A Simulation of a (Highly Realistic!) RCAA, Part 1 of 2
Your KHA Quality Team will simulate every step of a Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan process in a two-part special learning event. During the first part of this event, attendees will be able to observe as though in real-time the initial steps of discovery following a safety event, including the interviews with involved staff and the navigation of putting first things first in the RCAA process.
