Your KHA Quality Team is simulating every step of a Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan process in a two-part special learning event. For the second part, attendees will be able to observe as though in real-time the concluding steps of the RCAA process, including the exploration of potential causes behind a safety event, the formulation of possible solutions, and the implementation and ongoing assessment of those actions.
