The KHA Kentucky Sepsis Consortium monthly webinar on April 25 featured discussion of various response processes when patients screen positive for sepsis. In this presentation, members of the Consortium Steering Committee shared process details, tools and education around their approaches, e.g., Sepsis Alerts, Code Sepsis, Sepsis Huddles. The experts also talked about clinician engagement and change management around sepsis bundle compliance. Attendees asked insightful questions and also contributed to the practice recommendations from their own experiences.
